  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 1 day of receiving your order. Provide detailed information and images of the damaged or defective product to wonderlandhimalayaorganics@gmail.com.

3. Refund Process:

  • Once your refund request is received and approved, we will initiate the refund process.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Items:

  • Perishable goods and personalized items are non-refundable.
